How to Add, Set a Default, and Delete Payment Methods

To add, set as default, and delete the payment methods for your BoldDesk subscription, follow the given steps:
Adding a Payment Method
To add a payment method,
- Go to the Admin Center page.
- Click Billing and Subscription option.
- In the Billing and Subscription page select Payment and click Add Card.
- Enter the card details and click the Add Card button.
The new payment method will be added and shown on the payment page.
To charge the payment method for the upcoming invoice, click the Use as the default option in the checkbox, and then click the Add Card button.
Setting a Default Payment Method
To set a payment method as the default:
- In the Payment section, select the card you want to set as default.
- Click Set as Default. A confirmation pop-up will appear.
- Confirm by clicking Set as Default.
Subscription payments will be collected on the default card.
Deleting a Payment Method
To delete a payment method, follow the given steps:
- In the Payment section, select the card you want to delete.
- Click Delete. A confirmation pop-up will appear.
- Confirm by clicking Delete Card.
You cannot delete the default payment method.
