How to Download Payment Invoices and Receipts
BoldDesk provides complete visibility into your subscription billing through the Billing and Subscription module. Administrators can download invoices, access detailed payment information, and retrieve receipts directly from the application.
View and Download Invoices
Follow these steps to access and download an invoice:

Go to the Admin Center >> Billing and Subscription.

On the billing and subscription page, select the Invoices section and then click View Invoice.

Select the View invoice and payment details option to view the detailed payment information of the invoice.

Click the Download invoice button to download the invoice and click the Download receipt button to download the receipt.
If you’re subscribed to a monthly subscription plan, please be aware that invoices are not sent via email. You can access and download your invoice directly from the BoldDesk app. Email delivery of invoices is only available for customers on annual payment plans.

Can I resend an invoice from within BoldDesk?
BoldDesk does not provide a “Resend Invoice” action for monthly plans. For annual plans, invoices are automatically emailed at the time of billing. -
Can agents without Admin permissions view invoices?
No. Only users with access to Admin Center → Billing and Subscription can view or download invoices and receipts. However, they can still receive invoice notifications if added as a CC in the invoice email.

Are receipts available for unpaid invoices?
No. A receipt appears only after the invoice is successfully paid using a saved payment method. -
Does BoldDesk allow editing invoice information?
BoldDesk does not allow direct editing of issued invoices. Billing details such as organization address or tax fields must be updated in Organization Settings before the next billing cycle. -
Are invoices available for trial plans?
No. Invoices and receipts are generated only after converting to a paid subscription.
