How to Create Azure DevOps Work Item with Ticket

To seamlessly create Azure DevOps work items within BoldDesk, you can follow these steps to establish a connection between Azure DevOps and BoldDesk:

1. Navigate to the ticket where you want to create the Azure DevOps work item and click Apps in the left sidebar to open the Azure DevOps app.

2. Click Create Azure Work Item.

   

3. Fill in the necessary details for the Azure Work Item, such as Organization, Project, Work Item Type, Area Path, Title, and Description.

   

4. Click Create.

5. After creating the Azure Work Item, a linked Work Item will be displayed as shown in the following screenshot.
