Steps to view the requester profile and their tickets (Mobile)

1. Open the BoldDesk mobile app.

2. Open the ticket you want to review to access the ticket details page.

   

3. On the ticket details page, tap More Details.

   

4. On the requester details screen (opened from More Details), do one of the following:

   • Tap View Profile to open the requester’s profile.

   • Tap Recent Tickets to view tickets associated with that requester.

     

5. On the requester profile page, review the requester information and access the requester’s associated items:

   • The requester’s name and email address are displayed at the top of the profile page.

   • Tap the copy icon next to the email address to copy it (if the copy option is available in the UI).

   • The profile page shows ticket counts such as All Tickets, Pending Tickets, On Hold Tickets, and Closed Tickets.

   • Use the tabs to view more details:

     • Contact Details: View the requester’s contact information (Primary Info).
     • Tickets: View tickets associated with the requester.
     • Chats: View chat conversations associated with the requester (if available).
