Managing Activities in Mobile App

Only the Enterprise/Business plan offers this feature.

Activities can either be independent or linked to a ticket or a contact. Refer to this article for further information and locate the specific type of activities. How to Use Activities to Improve Your Teamwork and Efficiency

Activity list page

To view the list of activities,

  1. Navigate to the Activity tab through the Activity module to access the list of activities.

The dialogue box will appear as shown below.

  1. Agents can indicate the type of activity on the activity list page, making it easier for them to identify.
  2. On the activity tab, click My Pending to find all the pending activities.

Filter activity list by type

To filter an activity based on your requirements,

  1. Click the Filter and select the activity depending on the status or type of activity.

Filter the activities as shown in the following screenshot.

Note
The last chosen activity-type filter remains selected.
The system carefully stores your most recent activity-type filter selection to be ready for you in your next session. This saves time and preserves workflow since you can continue where you left off.

  1. Under all activities, click the drop-down to select or search the type of activity.

You can see the list of activities as shown below.

Updating activity details

When you choose an activity from the activity list page, you’ll see its details and all linked sub-features. Agents can then modify their comments, activity statuses, attachments, work logs, and any other pertinent details.

Adding comments and updating activity status

To add a comment for an activity,

  1. Click the activity on the activity details page, to which you need to add a comment.

  2. Under the comment section, you can add your comments.

  3. On the text editor, type a message and then click Update for status updates.

The following screenshot illustrates the status updates.

Note
Update the status of a ticket while leaving a comment on it.
You now can respond to comments from within the activity module and edit the status of a ticket.
