Manage HubSpot Information in BoldDesk
Once the HubSpot app has been installed, you can directly manage HubSpot information through the Ticket, Contact, and Contact Group modules of BoldDesk.

HubSpot’s contacts can only be viewed in the Contact and Ticket modules if they already exist within the BoldDesk system.

HubSpot’s deals and companies can be viewed in the Contact, Contact Group, and Ticket modules.

Click on the Contacts, Companies, and Deals tabs to access the mapped HubSpot details.

Expand any contact, company, or deals section to view detailed information.

Click on the contact, company, or deal name to be redirected to the corresponding HubSpot contact page.

To see all companies or deals in HubSpot, click the View All button.
Create HubSpot contacts in BoldDesk

If the contact is not in HubSpot, click Create Contact to add a new one.

Enter the required contact information to create a new contact.
Create HubSpot Company in BoldDesk

To create a new company, click Create Company.

Why don’t some HubSpot contacts appear in BoldDesk?
HubSpot contacts only appear if they already exist in BoldDesk. Sync or create them manually if they are missing. -
Can I edit HubSpot contact or deal information from BoldDesk?
No. BoldDesk displays synced data, but editing must be done directly in HubSpot. -
Can I map custom fields from HubSpot?
HubSpot custom fields may not appear unless supported by the integration. Standard fields for Contacts, Companies, and Deals are always available.
