How to Manage Pipedrive Information in BoldDesk

After you install the Pipedrive app, agents can view and manage Pipedrive data without leaving BoldDesk—right from the Ticket, Contact, and Contact Group modules. You’ll see mapped details for Persons, Organizations, and Deals in dedicated tabs, with quick actions to expand a record for full context or open it directly in Pipedrive for deeper work. Visibility is streamlined to match workflows: Persons are available in Ticket and Contact, while Organizations and Deals are available in Ticket, Contact, and Contact Group. If a needed record doesn’t exist, you can create it on the spot—Create Person from Ticket/Contact, Create Organization from Contact Group, and Create Deal from the Pipedrive app page—so support and sales stay perfectly in sync. This guide shows where to find each record, how to drill into details, and how to create new Pipedrive entries from within BoldDesk.

View Pipedrive information

  • Pipedrive’s person can only be viewed in the Contact and Ticket modules.

  • Pipedrive’s deals and organization can be viewed in the Contact, Contact Group, and Ticket modules.

  • Click the Persons, Organizations, and Deals tabs to access the mapped Pipedrive details.

Create Pipedrive Person in BoldDesk

If the person is not in Pipedrive,

  • Click Create Person to add a new one.

Create Pipedrive Organization in BoldDesk

Organizations can only be created in the Contact Group module.

  • To create a new organization, click Create Organization.
