Closing a Conversation in Mobile App

There are three options available to close a conversation in the mobile app. You can:
- Update the status when sending the message.
- Utilize the close action button located in the header.
- Use the property page to modify the status of the conversation.
Update the status when sending the message
To close a conversation using this option, follow the given steps:
- Compose your message in the reply section and select the Send dropdown menu.
The available status options will be displayed.
- Select the Send as Closed option to close the conversation.

The quick close button has been positioned in the header section, allowing users to efficiently close conversations with a single action.
Use the property page to modify the status of the conversation
To close a conversation using this option, follow the given steps:

- Update the conversation’s status by using the status field.
