Troubleshooting
Why Was My Office 365 Calendar Authorization Temporarily Revoked?
BoldDesk may temporarily revoke your Office 365 Calendar authorization after repeated integration-processing failures.
When this occurs, you may receive an email explaining that the authorization has been revoked.
To restore the integration:
- Ask an administrator to go to Admin → Audit Logs → Integration Failure Logs.
- Review the Office 365 Calendar failure and resolve the reported configuration, authorization, or processing issue.
- Go to Profile → Personal Settings → Apps.
- Locate Office 365 Calendar.
- Select Authorize or Re-Authorize.
- Complete the Microsoft authorization process.
- Ensure the Enable toggle is turned on.
Resolve the error recorded in the Integration Failure Logs before reauthorizing the app. Reauthorizing without fixing the underlying issue may cause the authorization to be revoked again.
