How to Delete Your BoldDesk Account

If you no longer wish to use BoldDesk and want to permanently delete your account, there are two ways to proceed depending on your current access and subscription status.
Option 1: Cancel Subscription via Admin Center
If you still have access to your BoldDesk portal, you can initiate the deletion process by canceling your subscription:
- Log in to your BoldDesk portal.
- Navigate to the Admin Center.
- Go to Billing and Subscription.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription.
Note: This action is permanent. Make sure to back up any important data before proceeding.
Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you no longer have access to your portal or prefer direct assistance, you can request account deletion by email:
- Send an email to 📧 support@bolddesk.com
- Include your portal URL (e.g.,
yourcompany.bolddesk.com
) in the message.
Sample Email:
Subject: Request for Account Deletion
Dear BoldDesk Support,
I would like to delete my BoldDesk account. Below are the details:
- Portal URL: yourcompany.bolddesk.com
Please confirm once the deletion process has been completed.

Important Reminders
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
