How to Delete Your BoldDesk Account

We currently do not have an option to delete a BoldDesk account in the UI. However, if you wish to delete your BoldDesk account, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Admin Center.

2. Select the Billing and Subscription option.
   

3. On the billing and subscription page, click the Cancel Subscription option at the bottom right corner.
   

4. In the confirmation pop-up window, click the Continue button to finalize the cancellation of your subscription.
