BoldDesk does not support syncing groups directly from Microsoft Entra ID

Syncing entire groups directly from Microsoft Entra ID to the portal is not supported. However, you can synchronize individual users who are members of specific groups. This ensures your BoldDesk user list remains current without the need to import the groups themselves.
How to Sync Users:
- Go to the Users and Groups section
- In your Microsoft Entra Admin Portal, navigate to the Users and Groups section for your BoldDesk application
Add the required groups
- Click Add Assignment.
- Choose the groups containing users you want synced with portal.
Sync users
- Only the users inside the selected groups will sync to portal.
- Groups themselves will not be synced.
Note: Only the users within the selected groups will be synchronized to BoldDesk—not the groups themselves
