How to Authorize, Re-Authorize, or Revoke Google Meet in BoldDesk
Google Meet must be authorized per user before it can be used in BoldDesk. Once the app is installed by an administrator, follow the steps below to authorize your Google account from Personal Settings. After authorization, you can create and manage Google Meet meetings from within BoldDesk.
Steps to Authorize the Google Meet App
To authorize the Google Meet app, follow these steps:

Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner, as shown below.

Select View Profiles & Settings.

Navigate to the Apps tab in your personal settings.
If the Authorize button in your personal settings is disabled, please contact your administrator.

Once enabled, click the Authorize button to proceed. You will be redirected to the Google sign-in page.

Enter your Google email address and password, then click Next to proceed.

Select Google Calendar Scopes and then click Continue to complete authorization.
Re-Authorizing the Google Meet App
Click the Re-Authorize button in the Apps section to restart the authentication process.
Revoking the Google Meet App
To cancel the authentication, navigate to the Apps section and click the Revoke button.
