Setting Up the Google Meet App for BoldDesk Agents
Once Google Meet has been installed at the admin level, follow these steps to set it up in your personal settings.
Authorizing the Google Meet App
To authorize the Google Meet app, follow these steps:

Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner, as shown below.

Select View Profiles & Settings.

Navigate to the Apps tab in your personal settings.
If the Authorize button in your personal settings is disabled, please contact your administrator.

Once enabled, click the Authorize button to proceed. You will be redirected to the Google sign-in page.

Enter your Google email address and password, then click Next to proceed.

Select Google Calendar Scopes and then click Continue to complete authorization.
Re-Authorizing the Google Meet App
Click the Re-Authorize button in the Apps section to restart the authentication process.
Revoking the Google Meet App
To cancel the authentication, navigate to the Apps section and click the Revoke button.

You may be unable to authorize the app due to one of the following reasons:- App not installed: The Google Meet app may not be installed from the BoldDesk marketplace.
- Insufficient permissions: You may not have the required permissions to access the Google Meet app.

If the Google Meet app is not authorized, you will not be able to schedule meetings directly within BoldDesk.
