Setting Up the Google Calendar for Agents
Once the Google Calendar has been installed at the administrative level, you may follow these steps to set it up in your personal settings.
Authorizing the Google Calendar App
To authorize the Google Calendar app, follow the given steps:

Click the Profile icon in the top-right corner as indicated below.

Select the View Profile & Settings option to access your Personal Settings page.

Navigate to the Apps tab in Personal Settings.
If the Authorize button in your personal settings is disabled, please reach out to your administrator.

Once enabled, please click the Authorize button to proceed. You will be redirected to the Google sign-in page.

Enter your Google email address and password, then click Next.

Select Google Calendar access permission options and then click Continue to complete authorization.
After completing the authorization, the Enable toggle will activate automatically (if no other calendar app is enabled).
Task synchronization will start only after this toggle is enabled.
Re-Authorizing the Google Calendar
Click the Re-Authorize button in the Apps section to restart the authentication process.
Revoking the Google Calendar Access
Click the Revoke button in the Apps section to cancel the authentication.
How to Switch to Another Calendar App

Click the Enable button next to your preferred calendar app. A confirmation dialog will appear.

Click Yes to proceed.
After clicking Yes in the confirmation dialog, the selected app will be enabled and the previously active one will be automatically disabled.
