How to Update and Enable AI Add-ons in Active Subscriptions

This article provides a step-by-step guide to enable, update, or manage AI add-ons in active subscriptions. AI add-ons include features like

• AI Copilot agents (prepaid)
• AI Agents (pay-as-you-go)

Follow the instructions below to ensure smooth activation and manage these features effectively.

Steps to Enable or Update AI Add-ons

1. Access the Billing and Subscription section

• Go to the Admin panel.
• Select Billing and Subscription.
  
  

2. Locate Add-on Details

• On the Billing & Subscription page, find the AI Add-on Details section.
• Depending on your current subscription status:
  • If you have already purchased or enabled an add-on, you will see the Update AI add-ons option.
  • If no add-ons are purchased or enabled, you will see the Subscribe Now option.
    
    

3. Manage Add-ons

• Click on either the Update AI add-ons or Subscribe Now option.
• A pop-up window will appear.
• In the pop-up, you can:
  • Enable or disable AI add-ons.
  • Update the number of AI Copilot agents as needed.

4. Review and Confirm Details

• Verify your changes and then your card details for payment confirmation.
• Click Update to complete the process.
  
  

5. Finalize Activation

• Once confirmed, the AI add-ons will be enabled.

• AI Copilot agents: Prepaid add-ons that allow you to purchase a fixed number of agents in advance.
• AI Agents: Pay-as-you-go add-ons, with charges based on monthly usage.
