How to Activate AI Copilot Features in BoldDesk

The AI Copilot in BoldDesk provides support teams with advanced tools to simplify workflows, enhance response quality, and boost customer satisfaction. Follow this step-by-step guide to activate and configure these features:
1. Access the AI Module
- Log in to your BoldDesk account.
- From the left-hand sidebar, select the AI option to open the AI module.
2. Open AI Copilot Settings
- Within the AI module, navigate to the AI Copilot section and click on Settings.
3. Activate AI Copilot Features
- Locate the AI Copilot Features section and toggle the switch to Enable AI Copilot.
- This will activate AI-powered tools within BoldDesk.
4. Configure Specific Features
In the Enable or Disable AI Copilot Features section, choose the functionalities you wish to enable. The available options include:
- Ticket Summary
- Rephrase, Correct Grammar, Elaborate and Shorten
- Translate
- Generate KB Articles
- KB Summary
- KB SEO Attributes
