How to Delete a Contact Group in BoldDesk
Use this procedure to permanently remove a single contact group from BoldDesk. Deleting a contact group does not remove any associated contacts—only the group record is deleted. Additionally, BoldDesk does not provide an option to Select all or bulk update (including bulk delete) option for contact groups; deletion is performed per group from the group’s profile page.
To delete a contact, follow the steps below:

Open Contacts → Contact Groups, then open the contact group you want to delete to view its profile.

In the top‑left, click Delete Forever to open the confirmation dialog.

Click Yes, Delete to confirm.
Deleting a contact group eliminates solely the group record from BoldDesk’s Contact Groups; however, all contacts linked to that group remain intact within your BoldDesk account and are not removed.
To delete a contact group, your role must include the Delete contact group permission.
