BoldDesk now supports adding multiple email addresses to subscription invoice notifications. This feature in BoldDesk allows you to add, update, and remove multiple email recipients for subscription invoice notifications. By including additional contacts in the CC field, businesses can ensure that all relevant stakeholders receive timely payment updates, improving transparency and communication across teams.

Email Recipients

  • Primary recipient: Admin/Organization Owner email address.
  • Additional recipients: Added as CC in invoice emails.

How to Add Recipients

  1. Navigate to Admin > Billing & Subscription.

  2. Open the Invoice Recipients section under Invoices.

  3. Click Add Recipient, enter the recipient’s name, email addresses, and save.

  4. Verify the details to ensure accuracy. These recipients will now appear in the CC of payment emails.

Both users (agents and customers) and non-users can be added as recipients for subscription invoice notifications.

Updating Recipients

  1. In the recipient list, click the Edit icon next to the email you want to update.

  2. Modify the recipient’s name and email details as required.

  3. Click Save to apply changes.

  4. Verify that the updated details are correct.

Removing Recipients

  1. Click the Delete icon next to the recipient you want to remove.

  2. Click Yes, Remove to delete the recipient.

  3. Check to ensure the recipient has been successfully removed.
