Contact Deletion Behavior
When a contact is deleted from Microsoft Entra ID, BoldDesk performs the following actions:
- The corresponding contact is soft-deleted and moved to the Deleted Contacts list.
- All tickets requested by this contact are handled based on Spam Configuration settings.
