How to Create an Asana Task in the BoldDesk Mobile App

Prerequisites
- The Asana app must be installed in BoldDesk from the Web App to be available in the BoldDesk mobile app.
- You must have access to Ticket Apps in BoldDesk.
- Your Asana workspaces/projects must be available based on your Asana/BoldDesk integration configuration.
Where to Access Asana on Mobile
In the BoldDesk mobile app, you can create an Asana task directly from a ticket by navigating to More > Apps and selecting Asana.
- Once the task is created, it appears under the ticket’s Asana app.
- The created task is displayed with a Task ID (starting with #).
- Tap the dropdown icon next to Unlink to expand and view task details.
- Use the link icon beside the Task ID to open the task directly in Asana.
