How to Configure AI Agent Builder Access Permission
The AI Agent Builder Access permission determines whether an agent can access and manage AI 2.0 features in BoldDesk.
Administrators can assign this permission to control access to AI-related resources, including AI Agents, Knowledge Sources, Email AI Agents, AI Tools, and the AI 2.0 Builder.
By restricting access to authorized users, organizations can maintain security, governance, and proper control over AI administration.
Configure AI Agent Builder Access
To configure this permission:

Navigate to Admin > Agents.

Create a new agent or edit an existing one.

In the Edit Agent page, locate AI Agent Builder Access.
