How to Create a BoldDesk Account Easily

Creating a BoldDesk account activates a new BoldDesk helpdesk instance and provides access to both the Customer Portal and the Agent Portal. BoldDesk provides a 15‑day free trial and does not require a credit card during signup.

  • Access to the email inbox to complete email verification
  • Optional: knowledge of which BoldDesk subscription plan to start with

What is created after signup

After email verification, BoldDesk activates the BoldDesk account and provisions portals for the new BoldDesk site.

Account creation workflow

Step 1. Open the BoldDesk plan selection page

  1. Visit the BoldDesk Pricing Page

  2. Review the available subscription plans.

  3. Select a plan.

  4. Select Try for Free.

Plan changes after signup:
The selected plan is not permanent. BoldDesk allows upgrading or downgrading after signup.

Step 2. Choose a sign-up method and submit registration

  1. On the BoldDesk sign-up page, choose one of the available registration methods:

    • Email-based registration (Google or Microsoft)

  2. Submit the registration form.

Result:
BoldDesk sends a verification email to the email address used for signup.

Step 3. Verify the email address (activates the BoldDesk account)

  1. Open the inbox for the signup email address.

  2. Locate the BoldDesk verification email.

Result:

  • The verification link activates the BoldDesk account.
  • After verification, BoldDesk redirects the browser to the new BoldDesk portal for the site.
