How to Find CC'd Tickets and Organization Tickets

Customers can view tickets that have been CC’d to them. When a customer is CC’d in any of the tickets, the customer is notified via email. They can also view their organization tickets if they have permission.
Viewing cc’d tickets
In the customer portal, under the Tickets, I’m CC’d On tab, customers can view their CC’d tickets.
Viewing my organization tickets
The My Organization Tickets tab will be displayed in the customer portal if a contact has been assigned to the contact group and was given permission to view all tickets.
The My Organization Tickets tab will show tickets raised by colleagues who are members of a contact group with access to all tickets.
