The Files tab supports uploading one file at a time. To attach multiple files, repeat the upload steps for each file.

- The agent must have permission to view the contact group profile. If the agent cannot view the contact group profile, the agent cannot access the Files tab to upload attachments.

Click Browse, select one file from your local device, and upload it.
