BoldDesk allows you to sort activities on the Activity List page so you can organize records in the order that best fits your work. Depending on what you want to review, you can sort activities by date-related fields or by priority, and switch between ascending and descending order.

This helps you quickly focus on the most recent updates, upcoming work, or high-priority activities within the current Activity List view.
