How to Buy and Pay for a BoldDesk Subscription Easily
Purchasing a BoldDesk subscription is a simple process that enables your organization to quickly access BoldDesk help desk capabilities. Whether you’re upgrading from a free trial or purchasing a new subscription, this guide walks you through selecting your subscription, reviewing your order, and completing payment securely through Stripe Checkout.
BoldDesk redirects you to a Stripe-hosted checkout page for all subscription-related payments. BoldDesk does not store payment card information. All payment details are entered and processed securely through Stripe.
You can buy a subscription by following these steps:

Go to Admin > Billing and Subscription.

On the Billing & Subscription page, select the required team size and click Purchase Now.

In the Build your plan section:
- Choose the billing cycle.
- Select the required number of agents.
- Enable AI Add-ons if required, such as AI Copilot and AI Agent Credits.
- Enable Auto Recharge for AI Agent Credits to automatically replenish credits when the balance runs low.
- Review the Order Summary.
- Click Proceed to Payment.

On the Stripe checkout page:
- Review the total amount due.
- Enter the required shipping or billing information.
- Select your preferred payment currency, if available.
- Enter your card details or use any supported Stripe payment option available on the checkout page.

Once the payment is successful, your subscription will be activated immediately.
- Recurring payments: For active subscription accounts, future subscription charges are processed securely through Stripe based on the subscription billing cycle.
- BoldDesk accepts Purchase Orders (POs) as a payment method. Once you submit a PO, the team will review and process it internally, and then share an invoice with you. You can complete the payment based on the invoice provided.
BoldDesk billing is based solely on agent accounts. Customers, contacts, and end users are not included in subscription charges.
