How to Buy and Pay for a BoldDesk Subscription Easily
Purchasing and paying for a BoldDesk subscription is an easy process intended to enable businesses to swiftly access robust help desk features. Whether you are upgrading from a free trial or beginning anew, this guide will take you through each step—from selecting the appropriate plan to securely completing your payment. You may buy a subscription by following these steps:

Go to the Admin > Billing and Subscription.

On the billing and subscription page, click Buy Now on your desired plan to proceed to the payment page.
- If you wish to select a different plan, please click the Choose Plan option first to modify your choice.

In the Build your plan section:
- Choose the billing cycle and the number of agents.
- To include AI features, you can enable AI Add-ons (AI Copilot and AI Agent Credits).
- Click Next to continue.

Provide your payment card and billing address details. The total amount will be displayed on the Pay button. Click Pay to complete the transaction.
If the entered card has 3D Secure enabled, you will be asked to complete an additional verification step with the card issuer to process the payment.
A pop-up will appear with an authentication page on the card’s bank’s website and requires you to enter a password associated with the card or a code sent to your phone.
Once the payment is authorized, your subscription will be activated immediately.
- Updating Agent Seats: You cannot reduce the number of agents below the currently active count in your subscription. To view active agents, go to Admin → Agents. If you wish to reduce the number of agents, remove the active agents first and then proceed with the payment.
- Recurring Payments: For active subscription accounts, BoldDesk will automatically charge subsequent subscription fees to the default card, provided that it has sufficient funds, for the selected plan. Explore How to Add, Set a Default, and Delete Payment Methods.
BoldDesk does not charge customers, clients, or contact accounts; billing is solely based on the Agents’ accounts.
