How to Add Watchers to an Activity and Use @mention Support

Agents can be added to the activity watch list to receive email notifications regarding activity updates. There are several options to add an agent to the watch list:

Use the Watchers button to add or remove an agent from the watch list.
In the ticket details view, you can see the Watcher field at the top-right corner of the tickets page.
- To add or remove yourself from the watch list, use the shortcut key “w”.
- Use the @mention feature in activity comments to automatically add the mentioned agents to the watch list.
