How to Translate Dropdown Field Values in BoldDesk (Multilanguage Setup)

Updated:

BoldDesk supports Multilanguage configuration, allowing administrators to translate system and custom dropdown field values so end users and agents see content in their preferred language. This includes Priority, Status, and dropdown fields across multiple modules.
