- At present, the BoldDesk Agent portal does not support the Hebrew language because it lacks complete compatibility with Right-to-Left (RTL) languages. This limitation may affect usability for users of RTL languages. However, Hebrew is supported in the customer portal. Furthermore, the agent portal offers an option to update content in Right-to-Left (RTL) format directly through the editor.
- The Scale plan does not offer multilingual support. However, you may select a primary language from the supported options. Only the Momentum and Enterprise plans provide multilingual support.
