Linking Azure DevOps work item with BoldDesk Ticket
How to link the Azure work items with a ticket
Link the tickets with existing Azure DevOps work items by searching the work item ID, which allows you to access work item details within BoldDesk.
Linking helps the support team stay up to date with the progress of the customer-reported work item.
Follow the given steps to create a connection between the Azure DevOps work item and the BoldDesk ticket:

Navigate to the ticket to be linked and click Apps in the left sidebar then open the Azure DevOps app.

Click Link Work Item.

Select the Organization and Project.

Enter the Work Item ID and click Search.

Select the Work Item to link with the ticket.

The linked work item will be displayed as shown in the following table:
How to unlink Azure work item with a ticket

Click the Unlink option in the respective linked work item to remove the connection between the Azure DevOps work item and the ticket.

Select the Unlink button to confirm.
