How to check which emails failed to deliver to recipient from audit logs

Email failure logs contain information about bounced or complaint emails.
You can find email failure logs in the Admin Center -> Audit Logs -> Email Failure Logs.
The failure logs can be filtered by the Delivery Date, Event Type, Recipient, and Ticket ID.
The Following is the delivery status:
Status | Description |
---|---|
Bounced | It represents that the mail is not delivered to the user. |
Complaint | It represents that the user has marked the mail as spam. |
Delivery status table provides the following details:
Status | Description |
---|---|
From | From which Email ID mail was sent |
Recipient | Recipient Email address |
Email message ID | Unique Message ID |
Event Type | |
Status | Delivery Status of email |
Bounce Type | If bounced what is its type |
Ticket ID | Ticket ID for which email failed to deliver |
Message ID | Ticket exact message ID for which email failed to deliver to recipient |
Error Details | Details returned by email server; it will help in further debugging reason for failure |
Date | Date of Delivery |
Email Subject | Subject used while email was sent. |
