How to View all Forwarded Tickets using Activities module

You can view all the forwarded tickets in the Activities module of BoldDesk.

Follow the given steps to view all forwarded tickets:

  1. Click the Activities module on the left panel to get the activities list.
  2. Click the Dropdown on the left pane.
  3. Select Forward to list only forwarded tickets from the required Views.

    You can now view all the Forwarded Tickets on the Activities List page.
