How to Resolve the issue of a Collapsed Portal page design
Why I am unable to access the customer portal?
CSS and JavaScript files are often blocked by company firewalls because they can be used to deliver malicious content. If you are having trouble accessing a support site on your computer, it might be because the CSS/JS URLs used by the site are blocked by your company’s firewall.
How to test this?
Open your browser on your mobile phone and load the CSS/JS URLs using your mobile network. If the site opens on your mobile phone, then it is likely that the CSS/JS URLs are blocked by your company’s firewall.
How to fix this?
Consult your company’s network team to whitelist the CSS/JS URLs in the firewall.
URL that might be blocked which needs to be whitelisted:
https://storage.googleapis.com/cdn-bolddesk - Used for Static website assets (CSS/JS/Images)
https://storage.googleapis.com/{your-org-guid}/ - Used for File attachments
- Try to load the above URL in your browser. If the URL does not load, then you will need to whitelist it in the firewall.
- To whitelist a URL, you should contact your company’s network team. They will add the URL to a list of allowed URLs.
- Once the URL has been whitelisted, you can open the support site on your computer.
