Instructions for Importing Articles from Files
The import article feature enables users to convert their own documents into knowledge base articles, which is beneficial for generating tailored content. This article aims to offer instructions on how to import articles from different documents.
Follow the given steps to import the articles:

Navigate to the Create or Edit Article page from the KB module.

Find the Import Article option in the top-right corner as shown below.
The import process can be performed by using the following two options:
- Template
- Document

Import document
The import document feature allows users to convert their own documents into articles for the knowledge base.
- Click the Document option to upload a document. A pop-up will appear allowing you to upload files, as demonstrated below.
- After uploading a file successfully, the Import button will become active, allowing you to import the content of the file into the Editor.
- After clicking Import, the document’s content was rendered in the Editor.
- You can choose to either submit their work for review or publish it based on your specific needs.
The allowed file formats are dependent on the selected editor.
