Adding a personal agent signature in BoldDesk helps ensure consistent, professional communication across all ticket replies. Adding a Personal Agent Signature
To add a personal agent signature, follow the given steps:
- Go to the Personal Settings page and select the Signature tab.
- Choose the brand from the dropdown list.
- Add the signature for the selected brand. You can also insert a brand signature by using the brand placeholder.
- Click the Preview option to view the newly added signature.
- Once you click on update, this signature will be automatically added whenever you open a ticket message or forward activity comment editor.
- Personal Agent signatures are automatically included only when replying to an existing ticket. When creating a new ticket, the signature is not applied by default, as it is considered a new ticket.
