In BoldDesk, you can open Additional Details for an individual message on a ticket to view message-specific information such as the IP address and browser details.
Steps to view IP address and browser details for a message

Select the Messages tab.

On the message you want to check, click the more options (three-dot) icon.

Select Additional Details.
Result
The Additional Details window opens and shows the following information for the selected message:
- IP address
- Browser details
- Additional Details can be viewed only for an individual message.
