Setting Up a Default Agent Signature at the Brand or Organization Level

The common agent signature is used as the default signature for all the brands, allowing agents to include the organization name, logo, or phrase in all of their responses.
How to add a common agent signature
Follow the given steps to add a common agent signature:
- Go to the personal settings page and select the Signature tab.
By default, it is applied to all brands.
- Add your signature as text, formatted text, image, or link in the editor.
This signature will be automatically added whenever you reply to tickets.
Note: Your default signature will be the common agent signature if there is no brand-specific or personal signature.
