Logging Time Spent on a Activity

Agents can log the time spent on each activity using the Add Worklog option available on the activity details page. An activity can have multiple work logs by the same or different agents.

Field details:

Description Description of work No

Alternatively, you can use the Quick Action menu on the activity list page to log work.

After adding a worklog, it will be listed under the Worklog tab. The options to edit/delete the work log are available.

Note: Only agent who has added worklog, can edit or delete their work logs.
