Troubleshooting Field Not Hidden in the Ticket Creation Form

If the field display condition is added to a ticket field, ensure that the ‘parent’ field is added to the corresponding ticket form. However, if the ‘parent’ field is not added to the form, the ‘dependent’ child field will be shown automatically in the form.
The field display condition is added to a ticket field as shown in the following screenshot.
The parent field is added to the corresponding ticket creation form as shown in the following screenshot.
