How to Install the BoldDesk in Desktop

You can install the BoldDesk standalone app to your desktop from the browser. Refer to the screenshots for installing the BoldDesk standalone app from the respective browsers.
Install BoldDesk from Chrome Browser
- Open the BoldDesk portal in Chrome.
- Look for a small computer screen icon with a down arrow on the top-right side of the address bar.
- Click the icon.
- You’ll see an option to “Install BoldDesk” under the App section.
- Click Install to proceed.
Alternatively, click on the three dots(kebab icon) > Cast, save and share> Install BoldDesk option as highlighted in the screenshot below.
Install BoldDesk from Microsoft Edge
If you’re using Microsoft Edge instead, here are the steps:
- Open the BoldDesk portal in Edge.
- Click the App icon in the top-right corner (it may look like a monitor or a square with a plus).
- Select “Install BoldDesk” from the dialog.
Alternatively, go to the three-dot menu (⋯) > Apps > Install BoldDesk.
- BoldDesk cannot be installed using the Safari or Firefox browsers.
- After installation, the BoldDesk icon will automatically be displayed on your taskbar, and a desktop shortcut will be created. This allows you to open BoldDesk directly without launching your browser each time.
