How to Permanently Delete Knowledge Base Articles
Use this guide to permanently delete Knowledge Base articles that are already in the Deleted Articles area in BoldDesk. Only users with Delete permission can perform this action. Permanently deleting an article removes it from the Knowledge Base permanently, and the action is irreversible, so the deleted articles cannot be recovered after confirmation.

Prerequisite
- The user must have Delete permission for knowledge base articles.
Steps to permanently delete articles

In the left navigation, select KB.

Open Deleted Articles.

Select one or more articles to remove permanently.

In the top-right corner, select Delete Forever.

In the confirmation dialog, select Delete Forever to confirm.
