How to Permanently Delete the Articles

A user with delete permission can permanently delete articles in the knowledge base. The following are the major ways to delete an article:

Follow the given steps to permanently delete the articles:

1. Select the KB module on the left menu.
2. Click the Deleted Articles section.

4. Select the articles you wish to remove and click the Delete Forever option in the top-right corner.

5. After clicking the Delete Forever option, the confirmation dialog box will be shown as follows:

6. Click the Delete Forever option to delete the article permanently.
