How to Reset the Password in Agent and Customer Portals
Navigate to your login page and click the Forgot Password link to reset your BoldDesk password. The following is the screenshot which illustrates resetting your password.
Agent Portal
To reset the password in the agent portal:

Navigate to your BoldDesk agent portal using the following link. https://yourdomain/agent/

you can locate the Forgot Password option after navigating to your agent portal.
Customer Portal
To reset the password in the customer portal,

Navigate to your BoldDesk customer portal using the following link.
https://yourdomain/ -
After navigating to your customer portal, you can locate the Forgot Password option.
The Forgot Password option displays only if the Form login is enabled.
You can also reset other personal login details like Facebook or Microsoft by accessing your account and resetting your password.
Reset password email
Contact your admin to send an email for the reset password. The following is a screenshot which illustrates how an admin can help you reset your password.

Ensure the email notification events are enabled for agents and contacts.
