How to Incorporate Images from Diagrams.net/Draw IO into BoldDesk KB articles?

Diagrams.net is an open-source online software for creating various types of diagrams, such as flowcharts, UML, entity relations, network diagrams, and mock-ups.
How do you embed a Draw.io diagram?
You can embed Draw.io diagrams into the BoldDesk Knowledge Base Markdown editor using two methods.
Using the “Embed” option
- Head to the Diagrams.net window.
- Open File > Embed > Image.
The following screenshot shows how to embed a Draw.io diagram.
- Click Embed.
- Copy the generated image tag.
The following screenshot shows how to copy the embed image.
- Head back to the article in the BoldDesk KB markdown editor.
- Paste the copied code > Preview.

Exporting a diagram as an image and uploading it to BoldDesk KB
- In the Diagrams.net, open File > Export as > PNG.
- Click Export.
- Name your file and save it in your preferred location - choose from Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, GitHub, GitLab, or your device.

- Head back to the article in the BoldDesk KB editor.
- Click on Insert image and select the image that you need to paste.
