How to Switch to Dark Mode in the Agent Portal

Agents can change their portal theme by selecting a dark theme from the profile menu.
To change the dark theme, follow the given steps:

Go to the Agent Profile pop-up menu.

Switch the toggle button from Light Theme to Dark Theme.
After enabling the dark theme, the portal will consistently load with the dark interface every time you log in or reload the page. This setting will remain active until you manually switch back to the light theme.
