How to Copy a Ticket Reply or Note in BoldDesk
The Copy option lets you quickly capture the content of a specific ticket reply or note and paste it into another tool. When you use Copy, BoldDesk copies the reply/note text to your clipboard including embedded images and tables, so you can reuse the content without manually reformatting it.
Steps to Copy a Ticket Message

Open the Tickets module.

Open the ticket that contains the comment or note to copy.

In the ticket Comments section, locate the comment/note you want to copy.

On that comment/note, select More options (⋮), then select Copy Message.
Copy behavior and limitations
- Copy is not available for Deleted comments or Suspicious comments.
- What gets copied: the comment/note text including embedded images and tables.
- What does not get copied: attachments added to the comment/note are not included in the copied content.
