How to Copy a Ticket Reply or Note in BoldDesk

The Copy option lets you quickly capture the content of a specific ticket reply or note and paste it into another tool. When you use Copy, BoldDesk copies the reply/note text to your clipboard including embedded images and tables, so you can reuse the content without manually reformatting it.

Steps to Copy a Ticket Message

  1. Open the Tickets module.

  2. Open the ticket that contains the comment or note to copy.

  3. In the ticket Comments section, locate the comment/note you want to copy.

  4. On that comment/note, select More options (⋮), then select Copy Message.

Copy behavior and limitations

  • Copy is not available for Deleted comments or Suspicious comments.
  • What gets copied: the comment/note text including embedded images and tables.
  • What does not get copied: attachments added to the comment/note are not included in the copied content.
