Use this procedure to subscribe a Meta (WhatsApp) app to webhook events using the Webhook URL and Verify token generated in BoldDesk.

Prerequisites

• A Meta app that already has WhatsApp added/configured.
• The Webhook URL and Verify token values provided by BoldDesk.

The following are steps to set up Webhooks in Meta.

1. Log in to the Meta developer site.

2. Navigate to the My Apps section and choose the configured application. Next, select WhatsApp and click on Configuration.

3. Click on Edit to confirm the Webhook URL and token provided by BoldDesk. Next, select Manage, located directly beneath the Edit option, to access the Webhook field.
