How to Set Up Webhooks in Meta

The following are steps to set up Webhooks in Meta.

Log in to the Meta developer site.
Go to the My Apps tab.
Select the configured app.
Go to the WhatsApp section and select configuration.
Click Edit to verify the Webhook token and URL provided by BoldDesk.
Click Manage to select the Webhook field.
Select messages and message_template_status_update, and then click Done to subscribe.
