How to Configure WhatsApp Webhooks in Meta

The following are steps to set up Webhooks in Meta.

1. Log in to the Meta developer site.
2. Navigate to the My Apps section and choose the configured application. Next, select WhatsApp and click on Configuration.
3. Click on Edit to confirm the Webhook URL and token provided by BoldDesk. Next, select Manage, located directly beneath the Edit option, to access the Webhook field.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Select messages and message_template_status_update, and then click Done to subscribe.
