Creating New Brand: Ticket Visibility Delayed

If you create a new brand and then immediately create a ticket, the ticket may not appear on the ticket list page. Brand configuration can take 5-10 minutes to complete. You have to wait for this duration before creating tickets to ensure the brand configuration is fully set up.

To locate a ticket for a specific brand, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the card details section of the portal.
  2. Use the brand filter to select the desired brand. If you’re unsure of the brand, choose All Brands.
  3. Review the ticket information displayed in the card details.
