Creating New Brand: Ticket Visibility Delayed

If you create a new brand and then immediately create a ticket, the ticket may not appear on the ticket list page. Brand configuration can take 5-10 minutes to complete. You have to wait for this duration before creating tickets to ensure the brand configuration is fully set up.
To locate a ticket for a specific brand, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the card details section of the portal.
- Use the brand filter to select the desired brand. If you’re unsure of the brand, choose All Brands.
- Review the ticket information displayed in the card details.
